In case of flame failure, light-sensitive cadmium sulfide cell, in conjunction with flame-sensing circuitry, causes Protectorelaya® control to shut down main oil burner. Glass-to-metal hermetic seal in plug-in cell prevents deterioration by humidity, soot or oil fumes.
